You share your career, projects and ambitions. We protect your account and limit processing to what is needed for your application.

Your account
Your email address is needed to sign in. Each sign-in link works once, expires and is bound to the browser that requested it. Signing out revokes your session. Users can only access their own profiles, documents and applications.
Documents and AI
Your documents and the vacancy are the basis for analysis and generated text. We use Mistral’s European endpoint for this. Upload size and processing time are limited. Share only relevant information; leave out national identification numbers and identity documents.
Deletion and payments
You can delete documents, profiles and applications yourself. Payment and invoice records are retained for financial administration. Mollie processes payments; you enter card details there. A pending payment must be resolved before you delete its linked application.
Connection and administration
The production service uses HTTPS. Administrative access is protected separately. Deactivating an account revokes its active sessions.
Found a vulnerability?
Email security@scrty.nl with the affected page, a description and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not share anyone else’s data or disrupt the service. Please coordinate public disclosure with us first.
